歷任中石化殼牌煤氣化有限公司董事長、殼牌(中國)項目和技術有限公司總經(jīng)理、殼牌清潔能源業(yè)務全球商務和新業(yè)務發(fā)展總經(jīng)理、施耐德電氣(中國)有限公司能源管理事業(yè)部中國區(qū)總監(jiān)、施耐德電氣(美國)有限公司北美市場發(fā)展經(jīng)理、國家電網(wǎng)公司國際公司(原中國電力技術進出口公司)項目經(jīng)理等職務。

擁有中歐國際工商管理學院EMBA證書，以及華北電力大學電力自動化專業(yè)學士學位和碩士學位。

 

BIOGRAPHY OF MR. GUAN YU

Mr. Guan Yu is currently the General Manager for International Business Development at Shell (China) Ltd. He is an industry veteran with over 21 years of experience with Chinese SOE(Global No.1 Utility Company) and multinational conglomerates (Global No. 1 Energy Company) in both China and the United States. His career spans a variety of functions in the Power, Energy and Chemical industries, including corporate management, business management, corporate M&A, equity and asset deals, investment and construction management for large-scale Power and Energy infrastructures.

Prior to his current role, he has served as the Board Chairman of Sinopec/Shell YueYang Coal Gasification Co. Ltd., Company General Manager of Shell (China) Projects & Technology Ltd., General Manager for New Business Development of Shell Global Gasification, China Director of Energy Management Business Unit at Schneider Electric (China) Ltd., North America Business Development Manager for Schneider Electric (USA) Ltd., Project Manager in China State Grid International Corporation, etc.

Mr. Guan is a graduate of EMBA diploma program from CEIBS (China-Europe International Business School), and holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree from North China Electric Power University.
